How do I sign up as a broker on lumingon?

Download the lumingon app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with Apple or Google. Verification happens inside the app: you capture your PRC licence and your DHSUD ID, and once they are confirmed you can post listings. There is no sign-up form on the website, because verification needs your phone's camera.

What do I need to get verified?

Your PRC real estate broker licence and your DHSUD ID. lumingon checks them and locks your display name to the ID you verified with, so the name buyers see is the name on your licence.

Can my agents list under my licence?

Yes. An agent chooses you as their supervising broker and sends a request, which appears in your app for you to approve or decline. Once approved, their listings post under your licence and stay visible to you.

How do buyers contact me?

Buyers reach you on WhatsApp from your listing, once they have verified their own mobile number. Your profile in the broker directory also shows your verified status and the areas you cover.
