How to delete your lumingon account and all associated data.
How to delete your account
You can delete your account directly from the lumingon app by following these steps:
- Open the lumingon app.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap "Manage account" on your profile card at the top to open Edit Profile.
- Scroll to the "Danger zone" at the bottom and tap "Delete account".
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears. You may be asked to sign in again first — this confirms it is really you.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
- All property listings you have created, including their public pages on lumingon.com
- All property images you have uploaded
- Your saved properties list
- Your notification tokens, so your devices stop receiving lumingon notifications
- Your Firebase authentication account
If you are an agent working under a supervising broker, that link is cleared and your broker is notified before your account is removed, so their team list stays accurate.
Any unfinished listing drafts live on your device rather than on our servers; they go away when you delete the app.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, there is no way to recover your data.
Processing time
Account deletion is processed immediately when you confirm the action in the app. All your data is removed right away.
